Cyber Whistleblower System

The Cyber Whistleblowing System of Kyungsung MT Co., Ltd. is an integrated ethics and human rights reporting system operated to allow
all stakeholders of the Company including employees, employees of business partners, and customers to freely report, via the Internet, various unethical acts,
unfair trade practices, violations of laws and regulations, human rights infringements, unjust treatment, discriminatory acts, unreasonable matters related to system operation,
and requests for dispute mediation with partner companies that occur in the course of performing business related to the Company, and to check the processing results.

This system is operated based on the fundamental principles of creating a fair and transparent management environment, as well as protecting the rights
and interests of stakeholders and respecting human rights.
Reported matters are reviewed by the relevant departments to verify the facts, after which fair and prompt actions are taken.
The identity of the reporter and the reported content are strictly protected, and the reporter may check the processing results.

KyungSung MT Co., Ltd. ("the Company") values your personal data and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Any changes to this policy will be announced through pop-up notifications on our website.

This policy has been in effect since 2023.

Personal Information Destruction Procedure and Method

In principle, once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, the company will promptly destroy the corresponding information. The destruction procedures and methods are as follows.

    After the intended purpose is fulfilled, personal information is transferred to a separate storage system and retained for a designated period before being securely destroyed.

    Electronic files are permanently deleted using secure methods that prevent data recovery.

    Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
